Instructions for preparing for health check up packages:

To ensure reliable and accurate test results, it is important that you follow these instructions carefully.
 
1. Please ensure that you have to eat or drink nothing ( except water) for 12-14 hours prior to the test.
2. Ensure that you drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.
3. Continue to take prescribed medications unless advised otherwise by your doctor.
4. Smoking should be avoided.
